Anonymity is configurable per room. When enabled (default), card authors are hidden in all phases to encourage honest feedback. The host can disable anonymity if the team prefers transparency.

How long do retro boards last?

Rooms are fully editable for 30 days after creation. After that, they become read-only archives viewable for up to 90 days total. Export your results before the room expires.
