Planning Poker
Real-time collaborative estimation for agile teams. Create a room, share the link, pick cards, reveal together.
Planning Poker is an agile estimation technique where team members independently select estimation cards for a user story, then reveal simultaneously to avoid anchoring bias. This tool provides real-time rooms with multiple card decks (Fibonacci, T-Shirt sizes, Powers of 2, Hours, or custom), observer mode, voting timer, automatic stats calculation (average, median, mode, agreement percentage), and full session history with export. No signup required — create a room, share the link, and start estimating. Rooms last 24 hours.

FAQ
- How does Planning Poker work?
- Create a room and share the link with your team. The facilitator enters a story title and starts voting. Each team member independently selects a card (e.g., Fibonacci numbers). Once everyone votes, the host reveals all cards simultaneously. The team discusses any significant differences and can re-vote if needed.
- What card decks are available?
- Four built-in decks: Fibonacci (0, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21...), T-Shirt sizes (XS through XXL), Powers of 2 (1, 2, 4, 8...), and Hours (1, 2, 4, 8...). You can also create a custom deck by adding or removing individual card values.
- Do I need to create an account?
- No. Create a room, share the link, and your team can join by entering their name. No signup, no email, no accounts. Rooms expire automatically after 24 hours.
